The trucks and equipment used for inspecting, cleaning, and pumping septic tanks are big and extremely heavy. Black Diamond Pumping will not be held liable for damage to property including, but not limited to: driveways, curds, sidewalks, other concrete work, landscaping, grass, sprinkler systems or any other items. Septic tank lids can become stuck and could be damaged beyond repair when accessing, requiring repair or replacement at the cost of the property owner. Inlet and exit pipes can also become loose or fall off when contents of the tank are removed, requiring repair at the expense of the property owner. 

By hiring Black Diamond Pumping, the hirer is giving permission or has received permission for our company to access the property needing service and has also received permission to drive on access roads within any subdivision.
